We are looking for community-minded, enthusiastic individuals who are interested in helping to create an enjoyable and lasting experience for players and fans.
The RedHawks require volunteers to take on the following tasks at our home games:
– Ticket collectors at the gate
– Sales personnel for our Merchandise
– 50/50 promotion and sales
– Ice cream vendor
– Blue Line door person
– Guest services assigned to specific areas ie. Entrances, hallways, stands, elevator, etc.
Individuals to assist with Opening Ceremony setup.
Volunteers will need to be available for a few hours on Saturday evening beginning September. Besides being enthusiastic, volunteers will need to be willing to remain in their assigned area throughout the game or until informed differently and be able to follow instructions and conduct themselves appropriately as a member of the Cambridge RedHawks Hockey Club.
This is an excellent opportunity for High School/College students to earn volunteer hours, to learn how an event is put together, and gain experience for future job opportunities. Volunteering in your community is an excellent addition to any application.
